Harrisville State Park ~ 107 acre heavily wooded state park on the shore of Lake Huron. It is located on U.S. Route 23 in Harrisville, Alcona County, Michigan. Facilities include hiking, metal detecting, swimming, lodging, playground, camping and picnic area.

Hart-Montague Trail State Park ~ 22 mile trail running from the city of Montague in Muskegon County to the city of Hart in Oceana County. Facilities Include hiking, cross country skiing, biking and snowmobiling.

Hartwick Pines State Park ~ 9,672 acre State Park in Crawford County near Grayling and Interstate 75.. Facilities include cross country skiing, hiking, mteal detecting, fishing, mountain biking, picnic area, playground, camping and visitor center.

Hayes State Park ~ 654 acre state park located along US 12 in the Irish Hills region of Lenawee County. Facilities include boat launch, fishing, swimming, picnic area, camping and playground.

Historic Mill Creek State Park ~ 625 acres nature preserve and historic site located 5 miles southeast of Mackinaw City, Michigan on U.S. Highway 23. Facilities include hiking concession and picnic area.

Hoeft Lake State Park ~ 301 acre state park located 5 miles north of Rogers City, Michigan, on US 23 in Presque Isle County. Facilities Include biking, fishing, hiking, cross country skiing,metal detecting, swimming, picnic shelter, camping and playground.

Hoffmaster Lake State Park ~ 1,100 acre park along Lake Michigan located at the southwest corner of Norton Shores, Michigan in Muskegon County, Michigan. Facilities include hiking, swimming, cross country skiing, metal detecting, picnic shelter, camping and visitor center.

Holland State Park ~ 142 acre park located in Park Township, Ottawa County, four miles west of the city of Holland. Facilities Include fishing, boat launch, swimming, light house, picnic shelter, camping and playground.
